MAKE YOUR SCALE OFF LIMITS!

One of the best ways I've found to lose weight is to quit obsessing about it. Don't get on your scale for several weeks, just make an effort to eat healthy, eat smaller portions and be active and get exercise. Focus on thinking positive and living your life the way you should. It's not a quick weight loss fix, but nearly always, when I finally weigh after weeks of doing this, I find that I've lost a few pounds!

Signs of Depression
Be aware of these signs and be ready to find help if you notice them in yourself or a loved one.

Typical female symptoms include:
  • out of energy
  • out of touch with things that they used to enjoy
  • overwhelming guilt
  • feelings of hopelessness, worthless
  • suicidal thoughts
  • sleeping out of balance
  • excessive appetite
  • lack of appetite
Typical male symptoms include:
  • Extreme pessimism
